Booking Policy

You can request an appointment through this website's Booking page, or by messaging us directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or TikTok. Every request is just that; a request. Jael will confirm your appointment personally once she's checked availability. Our working hours are Monday–Friday and Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; we're closed on Saturdays. Appointments outside these hours can sometimes be arranged directly with Jael.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Plans change, and that's okay. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance where possible, via WhatsApp or any of the contact options on this site. This helps us offer that slot to another client. Frequent last-minute cancellations may be discussed with you directly.

Late Arrival Policy

If you're running late, message us as soon as you can we'll always try to accommodate you. Arrivals more than an hour after your scheduled time may need a shorter service or a reschedule, depending on the day's bookings, so that it stays fair to clients booked after you.

Payment Policy

No deposit is required to book payment is made at your appointment. We currently accept cash and M-Pesa. All prices on this website are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and, as noted on our pricing pages, are subject to change; the exact price for your service will always be confirmed with you before you're charged.

Privacy Notice

This website doesn't require an account, doesn't use tracking cookies, and doesn't run advertising or analytics scripts. Here's what happens with the information you share:

• Booking requests: the Booking page turns your name, chosen service, date, time, and notes into a message that opens directly in WhatsApp or your email app (or is copied for you to send via Instagram or TikTok). That message goes straight to Jael it isn't stored on this website or shared with anyone else.
• Reviews: reviews are collected through a Google Form and kept in a Google Sheet, covered by Google's own privacy policy. Only reviews of our services appear on this site.
• Contact links: the phone, email, and social links here simply open your own apps, nothing is collected unless you choose to send it.

Photography & Media Consent Policy

We love sharing our work; with your permission. Before featuring a photo or video of your service on this website, Instagram, or TikTok, we'll ask you first. If you'd rather not be featured, or want something we've already posted taken down, just tell Jael via WhatsApp, email, or any contact option on this site and we'll sort it out.
